These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Plostr, operated by ADS Studio, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using Plostr, you agree to these Terms.
Plostr is a social media management tool that uses AI to reformat content for multiple platforms and publish it on your behalf. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use Plostr. One person may not maintain more than one free account.
Plostr offers the following plans:
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Founding Member Pricing: The first 100 subscribers who sign up at the founding member rate of $4.99/mo will retain that price for as long as their subscription remains active and in good standing. If a founding member cancels and later resubscribes, they will be charged at the standard rate in effect at that time. The founding member price is non-transferable.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for billing errors — contact support@plostr.io.
You agree not to use Plostr to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
You own the content you create and post through Plostr. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of Plostr complies with the terms of service of each platform you connect. Plostr is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for damages resulting from outages, data loss, or platform API changes that affect our service.
If we discontinue Plostr, we will provide at least 90 days written notice to all active subscribers via email. Paid subscribers will receive a pro-rated refund for any prepaid period beyond the notice date.
Plostr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that AI-generated content will be accurate for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADS Studio, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Plostr. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice in the app at least 14 days before they take effect.
